Here is the eligibility criteria & application procedure for EU-Cambodia: Support to the Emergence of Strong Civil Society Actors in the Livestock Sub-Sector .
Eligibility Criteria
- In order to be eligible for the grant, the applicant must:
- be a legal person and
- be non-profit-making and
- be a Civil Society Organisation (CSO) and
- be established in the Kingdom of Cambodia or a Member State of the European Union or in eligible country as laid down in the common implementing regulation (CIR)
- be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the coapplicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary.
- The applicant may act with co-applicant which must satisfy the eligibility criteria as applicable to the applicant himself.
- The applicant and its co-applicant may act with affiliated entities that include:
- Entities directly or indirectly controlled by the beneficiary (daughter companies or first-tier subsidiaries). They may also be entities controlled by an entity controlled by the beneficiary (granddaughter companies or second-tier subsidiaries) and the same applies to further tiers of control;
- Entities directly or indirectly controlling the beneficiary (parent companies). Likewise, they may be entities controlling an entity controlling the beneficiary;
- Entities under the same direct or indirect control as the beneficiary (sister companies).
How to Apply
- The application procedure consist of two phases:
- Concept Notes
- Full Application
- In the first instance, only Concept Notes must be submitted for evaluation. Thereafter, applicants who have been pre-selected will be invited to submit a full application form.
- Concept Notes must be submitted in a sealed envelope by registered mail, private courier service or by hand delivery at the address given on the website.
