Call for Papers are invited by The U.S. Agency for International Development’s (USAID) Africa Bureau, and requested by USAID, applications in response to this Leadership Initiative for Good Governance in Africa (LIGGA).

The main aim of this APS is to build leadership capacity in the promotion of democratic good governance among developing and ethical African leader in an effort to strengthen and sustain democratic institutions.
