The ChangemakerXchange is a global collaboration platform for young social entrepreneurs. It gathers world’s most exciting changemakers at summits around the world for the exchange and co-creation of ideas. The ChangemakerXchange is currently accepting applications for its summit to brings together young social entrepreneurs from 40 different countries in Europe, Turkey the Middle East and North Africa.
This special edition of Changemakerxchange focuses on “Employment” and brings together young changemakers that tackle unemployment in the region (Europe, Turkey and MENA) with innovative and new ideas. The summit takes place for five days from Wednesday December 9 to December 13 2015 along 20 of the region’s most inspiring young social entrepreneurs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be between 18-28 years of age (however a limited number of 3 places is available for 29 and 30 year old applicants) and come from one of the eligible countries in Europe/Turkey/North Africa/Middle East (or reside in one of these countries on a longterm basis for the purpose of implementing their project there).
- Applicants for changemakerxchange need to run a venture that builds the employability skills and capacity of young people, fosters entrepreneurship, bridges the skills gap or creates new jobs and employment.
