The Charles Stewart Mott Foundation provides funding to NGOs working outside the United States in citizens participation, community education, NGO/philanthropy development, and transitional justice (grants range between US $15,000 to 250,000). Applicant NGOs must support work in Central and Eastern Europe, Russia or South Africa. Submit enquiry before sending full proposal.
