The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation offers funding support to NGOs in areas of health, education and anti-poverty. NGOs usually submit letter of inquiry as a first step to seek the possibility of grant support. The Foundation also issues Request for Proposals from time to time for different regionsof the world.
