Surdna Foundation

The Surdna Foundation makes grants to NGOs around the world in areas of environment, community revitalization, effective citizenry, the arts and the nonprofit sector. NGOs can specifically seek funding from this Foundation under its Nonprofit Sector Support Program and Organizational Capacity-building Grant. The latter grant program offers grants up to US $ 15,000 to each organization “to address important management and governance issues which can be handled with a small amount of money in a short period of time. Projects may address issues including (but not limited to): board/staff development, marketing, strategic planning, strategic restructuring and communication.” Proposals/letters of enquiry are accepted round the year and applications can be submitted online too.
