Global Fund for Children is a grantmaking organization, providing funds to NGOs worldwide for the betterment of vulnerable children. Projects could be on child education, child health and other innovative means addressing the vulnerability of children, but should demonstrate sustainability and institutional growth. Global Fund for Children believes in strong partnerships with local NGOs and provides funding between US $5000-20,000 annually for a project period ranging from 3-6 years. Interested NGOs need to submit a letter of inquiry before submitting a full proposal. Decisions on grantmaking are made twice a year (in June and December), but grant inquiries can be made throughout the year. Visit this link for more information.
