Strengthening HIV/AIDS Services for More-at-Risk Populations in Papua New Guinea

The main aim of the resultant cooperative agreement will be to strengthen HIV/AIDS services for more-at-risk populations (MARPS) in Papua New Guinea (PNG). The program will aim to reduce the HIV incidence in MARPS in PNG and mitigate its impact on MARPS, their sexual partners as well as their families.

This notice aims to offer advance information to interested parties of USAID/Philippines’ intention to issue a request for application to support five year approximately US$20 million program in Papua New Guinea. The involvement of local organizations and provincial government entities is a priority for the program. Interested parties should take this opportunity to commence recruitment of key personnel and establish teaming arrangements.
