Norlha is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Coordinator- Partnerships based in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Norlha is a non-profit, non-political, non-religious, NGO, association based in Lausanne, Switzerland, that supports remote and poor communities in the Himalayas to improve their lives in terms of food security, additional income, sound environment, gender equality.
Key Job Responsibilities
The Coordinator- Partnerships will perform the following functions-
- Coordinate and support the work of the team of partnerships in writing funding applications files
- Conduct regular monitoring of funding requests: initial contacts, contact tracing, set deadlines
- Participate in the definition the strategy and development of fundraising tools: research work into new segments and strengthening of existing segments
- Maintain partnerships with institutional donors in collaboration with the Director of Partnerships
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Interest in the Himalayan populations and adherence to the values of Norlha
- Experience or education in international cooperation, development studies, international relations, social sciences and political or similar
- Good organizational skills, sense of priorities, autonomy and flexibility
- Fluency in French and spoken English and writing, good interpersonal skills, writing skills, analysis and synthesis
