“The Young Accountants Union” is a NGO created on basis of Azerbaijan Republic citizens` public interests, voluntariness, members equal rights, self-control with the purpose of participation in process of democratization, construction of civil society accomplished by government of Republic and specialized in organizing trainings on accounting, preparation and applying tests for checking the knowledge given by trainings in this area, publication of study materials.
“The Young Accountants Union” was created in 2000 in Baku city. The founder and president of Union is Solmaz Aliyeva.
The Union is non-political, non-governmental and non-commercial organization.
The main tasks of Union include:
 organizing of information and consulting service to young accountants;
 help to young accountants in solving living, social and professional problems;
 organizing of free accounting, computer (also accounting in computer), English courses for youth from not sufficiently provided for families, their providing with work, organization of rendering technical-economic or other any help to them;
 learning and propagation of advanced experience in accounting field from foreign countries;
 rendering free consulting service related to application of tax legislation to the part of people that is of moderate means, as well as to refugees and internally displaced persons;
 rendering free accounting service to NGOs and mass media;
 rendering free accounting service to entities where refugees and internally displaced persons as well as disabled persons work;
 realizing of round tables, scientific-practical conferences, symposiums, forums and etc.;
 organizing of seminars and trainings for young accountants:

Dear sir.
I am a resident of nepal and i want to do a social service activities through submitting the proposal.
As i have seen in the matter of proposal,that the name of Nepal is not included in the list.
So it is true that we cant submit the proposal to work in the tertory of Nepal.
