The WINGS Global Fund for Community Foundation provides funds to philanthropy-based community foundations and NGOs for institutional growth and organizational development that can lead to sustainability of their interventions. Preliminary letters of inquiry, containing a 3-page concept note, is to be submitted before submitting the actual proposal. The specific reasons for seeking funding from the Foundation could be for obtaining external assistance from national, international or regional consultants, capacity building in governance, fundraising, grantmaking, strategic planning etc, exchanges and study visits and sharing of information and learnings.
