Happy Toilet Program: RAS offers Toilet Audits and Toilet Education

The Restroom Association of Singapore started auditing toilets since 2000. The Happy Toilet Rating programme is a very comprehensive form of audit that helps the community leaders and toilet users maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of public toilets.
