Shine Initiative is new NGO based on empowerment and mentorship of the young people and founded by a young man in UNIVERSITY OF NAIROBI aged 20 yrs.It is found in Maasai land,Kajiado District,Kenya in Africa where development is still low,education and employment wanting and poverty is still binding.
