Promoted by a group of development professionals, SkillPro Foundation focuses on the issues in sectors like Education and Livelihoods in rural and urban areas.
SkillPro is engaged in:

With its headquarters at Hyderabad SkillPro has projects and assignments in Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Bihar, Jharkhand, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Maharashtra and union territory of Dadra Nagar and Haveli.

Livelihoods (Skill Training)
Skill training centres of SkillPro has a competitive team with excellence in implementing large scale skill development programs. This skill training focuses on people with minimum educational qualification (class VII and above) with no skills and employability. They are trained for 3-4 months, in the trade, based on their aptitude and would be prepared for entry level jobs. Here, the focus is on subject specific content delivery, practical sessions, on the job training and development of soft skills. It would also include linking them to employers for apprenticeship or on the job training. Salient features of skill training programs of SkillPro include:
•Initiated 8 centres across Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Dadar & Nagar Haveli
•Focus on new and emerging sectors like IT enabled services, customer relations management, sales and marketing, bed side nursing, automobile repairs etc
•Focus on soft skills with in addition to technical skills
•Short term, 3-4 month courses

Training, Research and Capacity Building
Developing various monitoring and evaluation frameworks, conducting studies like market scan, impact assessment of various developmental projects, developing various training modules and training and capacity building activities across the development spectrum are few of the key activities underaken by SkillPro.
