JM Volunteering in India, Africa and Guyana

The UK-based Jesuit Missions is an overseas voluntary service agency of the British Jesuits and offers opportunities for men and women, usually young adults to work as volunteers in countries of Asia, Africa and Latin America. The voluntary work includes teaching, assisting in orphanages, supporting outreach programs and also assisting in parish work. The duration of volunteering can be one year or six months depending upon the posts available. The Orientation Training Programme will take place from 25 July to 1 August 2009 and the volunteer programmes will begin from September, October and December 2009.
