The Business and Professional Women’s Foundation (BPW Foundation) was the first foundation dedicated to conducting research and providing information solely about working women.Since then it has partnered with employers to create successful workplaces that embrace and practice diversity, equity and work-life balance convening employers, working women and policymakers to promote systemic workplace change.
BPW Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) research and education organization. The work of BPW Foundation supports workforce development programs and workplace policies that recognize the diverse needs of working women, communities and businesses.
The foundation envisions to partner to create successful workplaces for women, their families and employers.
The foundations mission is to empower working women to achieve their full potential and partners with employers to build successful workplaces through education, research, knowledge and policy.
Through its groundbreaking research, network of national supporters and unique role as a convener of employers and employees, BPW Foundation leads the way in developing and advocating polices and programs that “work” for both women and businesses. BPW Foundation has provided testimony and comments before Congress and the Administration on key issues.
