The W.H.O. (Women Helping Others) Foundation was established in 1993 in support of the philosophy: Women Helping Others. Since its inception, the W.H.O. Foundation has granted more than $5.1 million to other non-profit ogranizations.
The WHO Foundation: Women Helping Others, nationally supports grass–roots charities serving the overlooked needs of women and children. Grants are provided to organizations serving women and/or children in the United States and Puerto Rico.
Foundation supports community-focused charities that serve the overlooked need of women, children and families keeping the priority to provide specific projects and programs that address health and social service needs.
The Foundation recognizes the value of new programs created to respond to changing needs and will consider funding projects of an original or pioneering nature within an existing organization.

Eligibility Criteria
Each year the W.H.O. Foundation accepts grant requests from 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations for programs benefiting women, children and families. We are proud to support a variety of community-focused charities.
