Evaluation Criteria
The following criteria will be used to evaluate the proposed training program:
- Alignment with Objectives: The extent to which the program aligns with the objectives of enhancing cultural competency and sensitivity within the workforce.
- Program Design and Content: The quality and appropriateness of the program’s design, including the relevance and comprehensiveness of the content to address cultural competency and sensitivity.
- Training Methods and Delivery: The effectiveness and suitability of the training methods and delivery mechanisms proposed, such as workshops, online modules, or interactive sessions.
- Expertise and Qualifications: The qualifications, experience, and expertise of the trainers or facilitators involved in delivering the training program.
- Participant Engagement: The strategies and activities employed to actively engage participants in the learning process, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
- Evaluation and Assessment: The inclusion of evaluation and assessment mechanisms to measure the effectiveness and impact of the training program, such as pre- and post-training assessments or feedback surveys.
- Scalability and Sustainability: The potential for the program to be scaled up or sustained in the long term, ensuring lasting impact and continuous improvement.
- Budget and Resources: The reasonableness and adequacy of the proposed budget and resources to implement the training program effectively.
Evaluation Process:
The evaluation process will involve the following steps:
- Review and Screening: A committee of evaluators will review and screen the submitted proposals based on the eligibility criteria and adherence to the guidelines.
- Evaluation Scoring: Each proposal will be evaluated independently by multiple evaluators using a standardized scoring system based on the evaluation criteria mentioned above.
