Introduction
This monitoring and evaluation plan aims to assess the effectiveness and impact of the Women-Led Community Development Projects: “Empowerment Through Action,” with a focus on tracking the progress and outcomes of the initiatives.
Objectives
- To monitor the implementation of activities within the Women-Led Community Development Projects.
- To evaluate the impact of the projects on women’s empowerment and community development.
Key Activities
- Regular progress reports from project coordinators and team leaders.
- On-site visits to project locations for direct observation and data collection.
- Surveys and interviews with project participants and beneficiaries.
- Analysis of project documentation and financial records.
Indicators
- Number of women participating in project activities.
- Percentage increase in women’s leadership roles within the community.
- Improvement in access to resources and opportunities for women.
- Changes in community perceptions and attitudes towards women’s involvement in development initiatives.
Data Collection
