Leadership, Effectiveness, Accountability & Professionalism (LEAP) Africa was founded in 2002 as a nonprofit organization with the purpose of training the young Africans to enable them in taking their countries to a dynamic, innovative and principled future. At LEAP, it is believed that for any nation to grow prosperously, the leadership development plays an important role.
LEAP has been actively involved in offering regular leadership training program and executive coaching services for business owners, social entrepreneurs and youth. Through these training programs, these vital stake holders are equipped with the skills, tools and support necessary for bringing about the innovative changes in their field.
LEAP is also involved in conducting research on leadership in Africa and provides the leadership awards to youth.
