This proposal seeks funding for the “Empowering Futures” program, which aims to provide job skills training to at-risk youth aged 16-24. The program will offer vocational training, mentorship, and job placement services to equip participants with the skills needed to secure stable employment and build a successful future. Our goal is to impact 300 at-risk youth over the next two years.
At-risk youth face significant barriers to employment, including limited access to vocational training, lack of mentorship, and inadequate job search skills. These challenges contribute to higher rates of unemployment and economic instability among this population. Addressing these issues is critical for improving long-term outcomes for at-risk youth.
