PoliticsOnline and the 12th Worldwide Forum On Electronic Democracy seek nominations of the international award “Top 10 Who Are Changing the World of Internet and Politics”. The nominations may include individuals, organisations, and companies that have left a great impact on changing the Internet and Politics. The winners of the award will be invited as honoured guests to annual Worldwide Forum on Electronic Democracy to be held on October 12, 2011, in Issy-les-Moulineaux, (Paris, France). The winners will participate in the awards ceremony and other special programs during the two day forum.
