European Commission has issued a twinning call seeking proposals from eligible organizations to implement the project entitled Modernization of legislative standards and principles of Education and Training in line with the EU-Policy in Lifelong Learning in Ukraine.

Strengthening the Ministry of Education, Science, Youth and Sport capacity in effective Implementation of the National Qualification Framework and development of Quality Assurance elements in Vocational Education and Training in accordance with European principles

Project Duration
Maximum project duration: 21 months (duration of assignment) / 24 months (legal duration)
Grant Size
Overall amount available for this Call for Proposals and maximum grant amount (if Twinning Light) is EUR 1 500 000
Eligibility
Only Public Administrations and Mandated bodies as per Twinning Manual of European Union MS may apply through European Union MSs’ National Contact Points.
Award criteria
The selection of the twinning partner will be done in conformity with Article 3.5 of the Twinning Manual. Award criteria are mentioned in relevant Annexes of the Twinning Manual: Annex C6 – Administrative Compliance and Eligibility Grid and Annex C8 – Evaluation Grid Twinning Selections for ENPI.
Deadline for submission of Twinning proposals by the National Contact Point in Kyiv to the Contracting Authority is December 19, 2011
