The Career Development Grants Program by the American Association of University Women (AAUW) aims at supporting women that wish to make career changes, advance in current careers, or re-enter the workforce through higher education or advanced technical training. Under this grant program, special weightage is given to women of color and women pursuing credentials in non-traditional fields. These grants provide support to women candidates for coursework toward degree programs excluding Ph.D., or specific training in some professional fields.
