The Wisconsin Society for Ornithology announces its 73rd annual convention and 2012 meeting to be organized in Middleton from May 10 to 13, 2012. The convention will be organized in partnership with the Madison Audubon Society at the Holy Wisdom Monastery in Middleton.
This four-day event will include topical oral sessions; a banquet with speaker; a poster session and field trips to important birding areas.
Paper and poster sessions will be organized on Saturday May 12. Graduate as well as undergraduate students are invited to submit abstracts for both oral and poster presentations.
Deadline for submitting proposals for paper sessions and posters has been extended to January 13, 2012.
