Development Alternatives and Resource Center (DARC) is organizing a Complete Cycle Program, an Employability program designed by DARC and Clinton Associates (UK) to increase the employability of Nigerian graduates by exposing them to the requirements and challenges of the job market.DARC is a non-governmental organization established in 1999 to strengthen the capacity of development organizations by providing organizational technical assistance in order to build their effectiveness and improve the quality of their programs for the well-being of the organization and that of the constituents.DARC’s vision is to become a center of excellence providing quality trainings for the development institutions in West African sub-region.
