Our core expertise lies in bridging the socio-economic divide. Small NGO’s, both local and international, often lack the skills and/or time to further improve themselves, develop new services (e.g. new types of projects) or assess their own performance. Very often also these NGO’s do not have the financial resources to hire expensive consultants to assist them with such activities. Therefore NGO Consultancy Somalia has developed a consultancy service for exactly these Non-Governmental Organisations.
We work with highly experienced consultants, a mix of our expatriate staff and local staff employed with our direct partner organizations. They therefore do not require high consultancy fees, only coverage of their salaries during the days they provide the consultancy service, travel costs and among others.
