Significant Achievements:
•Started a campaign for land and livelihood rights in association with like minded groups in Maharashtra.
•Intensive and statistical study of awarded land and its productivity in Sangola tehsil of Solapur in western Maharashtra.
•Advocacy through the various forums to stop illegal awarded land transfer to other communities.
•Established various forums such as Dr. Ambedkar Krishi Panchayats, Dr. Ambedkar Social Center, Women’s SHGs, Dr. Ambedkar Udyog Panchayats in 22 villages from Sangola tehsil.
•Watershed treatments on 90 acres land. Such kind of works expanded in 10 villages to develop 1000 acres of land.
•Sustainable livelihood created for 35 families through collective farming.
•Goat rearing process through women’s from SHGs.
•12 gunthe nature farming experiment established as a model of livelihood.
•Dr. Ambedkar Social Center established for training and capacity building purpose.
•Started a campaign to establish rights on illegal transferred awarded land, which is above one 40000 hectors in Maharashtra.
•Issues handled with government on registration of land rights, cast based surname on registration documents.
•Advocacy and policy work with government to make legislation to stop illegal awarded land transfer to other communities.
