Reclamation encourages the youth conservation corps which makes an effort to recruit youth from the local area for placement on the conservation crews. Building long-term relationships with youth and youth corps will ultimately stimulate public purpose as education, job training, development of responsible citizenship, productive community involvement and furthering the understanding and appreciation of natural resources.
