Lowe’s Toolbox for Education grant program Fall 2012 cycle is now open. This program will donate $5 million to public schools and public school parent teacher groups at more than 1,000 different public schools per school year.
For more than 65 years, Lowe’s has supported the communities. The Lowe’s Charitable and Educational Foundation recognizes the importance of financial support when schools and community groups are struggling to support the basic needs of their communities.
This year, as a foundation, Lowe’s Toolbox for Education grant program are challenging to seek ways to provide the tools that help educators and parent groups through today’s challenging times efficiently, while providing the greatest impact, with basic necessities taking priority.
The fall 2012 cycle is now open. Now in its 6th year of helping build better schools and communities, the Lowe’s Toolbox for Education program has provided nearly $25 million to more than 5,000 schools across the country. However, if 1500 applications are received before the application deadline, then the application process will close.
The deadline for submitting applications for this grant cycle is October 12, 2012 5pm EST.
