Ankur Welfare Association is society registered under the soceity registration act-1860, in the state of Himachal Paradesh, vide registration no. 15/94 in the year 1994. The main objectives of the association is overall development of women and children. since its inception it is working with the women and children and undertaking all the activitie i.e. Health, Education, Income Generation, Domestic violence, Adolescent Health and issue related to single women.
in the year 2007 this organization was nominated as Mother NGO under RCH program, for the District of Hamirpur, in Himachal Pardesh. Presently it has mainly activities like
1. Integrated child DEvelopment Program (ICDS)
2. Special utrition Porgram.
3. Adolescent girls progra.
4. Balika Samridhi Program.
5. Reproducdtive Child Health program in 4 Distrcts of Himachal Pardesh.
6. Declining sex ration with UNFPA.
7. Single Women empowernment program.
All these above activities are in continuation since 1994.
