International applicants are invited to apply for 2013 GWP-University of Dundee International Water Law Scholarships Program for Research level in Water Law, Policy and Science in UK.
The module is aimed at persons working in water resources who wish to acquire specialist knowledge of international water law, especially as it relates to transboundary water challenges in the GWP regions. The module will be highly appropriate for those with a law degree and environmental science background who want to specialize in transboundary water. The primary target is mid- to high- level practitioners and professionals from governments, NGOs, international organizations, academia, and the private sector.
Eligibility–
- Applicants must be recommended by a GWP Partner organization to receive a scholarship.
- Participants are required to be proficient in English, either as native speakers, or to an IELTS score of 6.5.
- A university degree is required in Hydrology, Environmental Science, Law, Agriculture, or a related field.
Submit following documents with application-
- transcript of university courses with grades, and copy of diploma
- a full CV and the contact information of two referees
- letter of motivation (description of past and current work as well as suitability for the programme)
- a letter of recommendation from GWP Partner institution with which applicant are associated (belong).
