Applications are invited by UNDP from qualified and deserving candidates for the job/vacancy of International Consultant-International Team Leader for Outcome Evaluation on Poverty Reduction and MDGSIslamabad, Pakistan. Location of this job is Islamabad, Pakistan. Duration of initial contract is 20 days. Expected duration of assignment is 2 month.
Required Skills and Experience
Education:
• At least Masters degree (preferably in Economic Development or related fields);
Experience:
• Experience in conducting outcome evaluations in past five years in similar positions;
• Experience in Results Based Management;
• Work experience in poverty issues and MDG analysis for at least ten years;
• Experience with multilateral or bilateral supported capacity development projects;
• Evaluation experiences within United Nations system will be considered an asset;
Language Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
