Foundation for Disaster Forum is offering Training in collaboration with Church World Service-Pakistan/Afghanistan and Institute of Disaster Management & Vulnerability Studies, University of Dhaka is organizing “Training of Trainers on Sphere Minimum Standards Edition-2011 Plus”. This training is designed primarily for trainers or training managers with prior exposure to the work of human resource development on humanitarian issues and /or facilitating /developing training modules on Sphere or other minimum standard.
Foundation for Disaster Forum would like to enhance capacity of the participants on practicing humanitarian standards for improving Quality and enhancing Accountability. Emphasis will be on Sphere Standards (2011 Edition), RCRC Code of Conduct, processes and good practices and also participants training skills.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Foundation for Disaster Forum is inviting applications from interested organizations/staff to participate in this training.
- Women’s participants are encouraged to apply
- This course is for people who train or manage learning in the humanitarian sector. Participants of the course will be individuals from organisations, agencies and authority representatives.
- Proficiency in English is a must. As the training will be held in English, it is important that participants are proficient in English to enable full participation in the course. However, if any participants feel difficulty in English, Bangla translators would be available
