United Nations Development Programme(UNDP) invites applications from the deserving applicants for the post of Individual Contract: Development of E-Learning Module On Scaling Up Local Innovations For Transformational Change. Job location will be based in New York, USA. Duration of initial contract is 3 months. Fluency in English is required.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Advanced University degree in Education, Learning Technology, Education Technologies or other related discipline with a direct relationship to building and delivering e-learning products and services
- Minimum 5 years professional experience Designing online courses, Assessment engines, Synchronous and Asynchronous Virtual Tools with Web 2.0 components and various learning technology software applications and authoring tools.
- Relevant experience in at least one of the following areas: Instructional technology, Instructional design, Development/Learning.
- Previous work within the UN system is an advantage.
Language requirements:
- Fluency in English required.
Evaluation Process:
The contract will be awarded to candidates who receive the highest score out of a pre-determined set of weighted technical and financial criteria: Technical Criteria weight: 70% + Financial Criteria weight: 30%.
Institutional consultants will be evaluated based on cumulative analysis.
When using this weighted scoring method, the award of the contract will be made to the institutional consultant whose offer has been evaluated and determined as:
- Responsive/compliant/acceptable, and
- Having received the highest score out of a pre-determined set of weighted technical and financial criteria specific to the solicitation (technical criteria 70% + financial criteria 30%).
Technical Evaluation Criteria:
- Extensive experience and practical knowledge in developing e-learning courses with a focus on development : 40 points
- Samples of previous work: 20 points
- Writing skills: 10 points
