Minimum Education

- University Degree in Business Administration/ Information Management
Minimum Experience
- 2 Years(• Minimum 2 years experience in working with the Government, NGOs and international organizations on humanitarian issues, with strong experience in development of gender disaggregated data😉
Required Competencies and Skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in working with the Government, NGOs and international organizations on humanitarian issues, with strong experience in development of gender disaggregated data;
- University Degree in Business Administration/ Information Management
- Examine the workflow of current Information System and suggest the modifications;
- Demonstrated ability in system analysis and design;
- Translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs;
- Producing project feasibility reports and present project proposal to client;
- Close coordination with developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction;
- Ensuring that Project budgets are adhered to and deadlines met;
- Overseeing the implementation of a new system;
- Liaison with PDMA in Integration of the new system with the currently used system;
- Capable in arranging on-the-job training of staff independently;
