Qualifications and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree (HR, Management, Behavioral Sciences, Business, IT or other related field)
- Experience in HR Service Center environment
- Experience in handling client calls in a contact center environment.
- General knowledge of Telephone techniques and HR Policies/processes
- Excellent English skills and general email and telephone handling etiquette.
- Service oriented with proficiency in oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
- HR Technology Skills (Peoplesoft, SAP, Remedy, T-Metrics of similar technology)
- Microsoft Suite Skills (Word, Excel)
- HRSSC Process Areas
- Experience working in an international environment.
