CARE India announces the vacancy of Executive Director – Operations & Finance and seeks applications from experienced and qualified candidates to fill the above-mentioned position. The location of this job will be based in New Delhi, India but actual place of posting may vary based on requirement.
Required Qualification :
- Masters level degree relevant to our work
Required Experience :
- 5+ years’ corporate experience at the COO level
- Sound experience in strategic financial management
- An excellent understanding of budgeting, statutory requirements, legal procedures and government regulations
- Knowledge of and familiarity with ICT
- Knowledge of humanitarian or social development programs is a plus
Skills & Competancies :
- Proven overall management skills at a senior level.
- Excellent staff management skills and the ability to lead, motivate and bring a diverse staff team together
