By means of bilateral programmes with priority countries, the Swiss Government aims to promote and reinforce research cooperations with non-European countries that show high or promising research potential. In the new phase of this initiative (2013-2016), South Africa remains one of the partner countries, and the continuation of the SSAJRP is therefore guaranteed.
Eligibility & Criteria-
Proposals must be submitted by both Swiss and South African applicants and must be submitted by the Swiss PIs to the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) via its electronic submission platform mySNF.
