University of Edinburgh is inviting applications for 2013 Eric Liddell China Saltire undergraduate scholarships for which the courses are offered by the University.
The Eric Liddell China Saltire Undergraduate Scholarships were set up in 2012 in memory of Eric Liddell who won the men’s 400 metres at the 1924 Summer Olympics in Paris.
Each scholarship which will be tenable for one academic year will have a value of £5,000.
Eligibility–
The scholarship supports undergraduate students at the University of Edinburgh of any nationality who have secured an outgoing place on a full year study abroad programme in a Chinese University.
How to apply?
- Eligible applicants should complete an online scholarship application form.
- The successful candidates will each be required to write a brief, formal report (including details of how the scholarship was spent) on their return to the University of Edinburgh (to be submitted by 1st September 2014) and a case study of their experiences as a study abroad student for publication on the University of Edinburgh website.
