Deadline- April 1, 2013
Open Society Foundation is pleased to offer supplementary grants to eligible applicants. The program aims to shape public policies that assure greater fairness in political, legal, and economic systems and safeguard fundamental rights.
Each award will provide partial funding for one year of full-time doctoral study. Recipients of GSGP grants will have the option to re-apply for an additional two awards after the original grant. Applicants seeking grant renewals must submit a new application for each renewal year. The total number of years a recipient may hold a GSGP grant is three years. Grantees applying for their second or third awards will compete with the other renewal applicants each year. A second or third grant is therefore not guaranteed.
