Applicants are invited to submit proposals on NGO programs benefiting Tibetan refugees in South Asia. REFUGEES, AND MIGRATION (PRM) mission is to to address the needs of the most vulnerable Tibetan refugees in both India and Nepal, although applicants may also submit proposals targeted to one country.
