Voice of America is organizing contest on Health in Your Community. The goal of this contest is to honor people in community that have made a difference in the health of others, or showcase the small, but powerful steps that lead to healthy lives.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Applicants must be at least 18-years-old.
- Citizens and residents of the United States are not eligible to win.
- Entrants cannot be employees or contractors of the Voice of America (VOA).
Information required-
- Applicants name
- Applicants country
- Applicants listening language (English, French, Hausa, Kirundi or Kinyarwanda)
- a caption for entry that includes information about where it was taken
- phone number to contact applicant
- email contact information
- Applicants mailing or postal address
All digital files must be 5 megabytes or smaller. Images must be in JPEG or JPG format, and must be at least 480 pixels wide and 480 pixels tall. Only cropping, minor burning, dodging and/or color correction is acceptable. VOA retains the right to crop resize or edit entries to fit display requirements, and use said entries for any non-commercial promotional purposes.
