Professional Development and Research Center (PDRC) has is accepting nominations for Late Man Bahadur Gahatraj and Late Ishwori Gahatraj Award in Nepal. The award is offered up to NRs. 10,000.00, Letter of Appreciation, and enrollment in PDRC’s Academic & Intellectual Discourse on Dalit. The goal of this award is to encourage and reward beginning scholars with excellent academic performance and the passion for scholarly studies of Dalit issues in future. This award is further designed to honor the talent and potential of the next generation of leaders who aspire to conduct research related to education and psychology in future.
Documents required-
- The transcript of Bachelor Degree.
- Letter of recommendation from the current College/University
- Letter of nomination or the statement of purpose (SoP) that signifies who are they(applicant), what has influenced their career path so far, and where do they see them self in ten years from now along the path.
- One passport-sized photograph
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Application will be accepted from the individuals in the early stage of their professional development and who have demonstrated outstanding academic standing and potential that will enhance contribution in the areas of education and psychology.
- This award will be given to a first or second year master’s Dalit student in the field of Education, Psychology or applied Psychology. Nomination for this award by a credible institution or individual is also accepted.
