mLab ECA is accepting applications for Regional Mobile Application Contest (RMA) to generate ideas craft prototypes and develop applications/solutions supporting innovation, business and rural developments through mobile technologies. The goal of this contest is to create environment where innovative startups (teams) in mobile application filed are nurtured and supported to become a viable business. Each finalist will receive an award of USD 500.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- The contest is open for developers in the following country-members of ECA region: Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia.
- Individuals and teams (maximum 5 members) from participating countries, who have innovative mobile application ideas, which could be developed into real business, are eligible to participate in the contest.
- All the applicants have to propose ideas that should be prototyped and coded for the next round of the contest, i.e. while applying applicants (if non programmer) need to consider finding team members, who would be able to code the idea for the next round. The contest is open to individuals and teams only. Therefore no legally registered companies can participate.
