Applications are invited for the Clore Social Leadership Program which offers opportunities for leaders to develop their skills which is one of the most serious challenges facing charities, social enterprises and the wider social sector.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- working for a UK-based organization
- working in or closely with the wider social sector in the UK or internationally, as a paid member of staff or volunteer
- involved in work that is of significant benefit to individuals and communities in the UK or internationally
- committed to working in the wider social sector in the longer term
- resident in the UK
- applicants who are-
- committed to the values of the Programme
- self-aware and committed to self-directed learning
- able to demonstrate achievement in their professional life
- able to demonstrate leadership potential in some of the work they have already undertaken
- able to demonstrate significant experience of working in or with the wider social sector (likely to be no less than five years)
- of any age, but able to demonstrate the aspiration and ambition to progress into leadership roles in the social sector as a future step in their working life
