More Details: After my post graduation I preferred development sector and have spent more than 15 years in the field. I worked and upgraded my education form USA and UK. After completion of studies I fully devoted myself to raise living standard of poor masses in Balochistan – A province of Pakistan.
After having good experience by working in national and international NGOs, friends of even approach and experience joined heads which appeared in constitution of an association in the name of Society for Human Assistance & Development (SHAD) in 2004. Since 2004 I am working for the cause as stated above but under the banner of SHAD.
In a recent study tour to Bangladesh, I noticed that the NGOs have long term projects to eradicate poverty, considered base cause for many other social problems. At present I am working to have at least three years project to document impact.
Currently I am working in all over Balochistan on issues related to Mother, Newborn, Child healthcare, Women Rights, Civic Education, HIV and AIDS. Apart from program implementation, I have specialized in Monitoring and Evaluation.
