Applications are invited for Sustainable Employment and Economic Development Strategies (SEEDS) supported by Department of Health & Human Services Administration for Children and Families. The goal of this program is to improving access to employment opportunities and supporting small businesses in order to enhance local economies, enable a greater number of individuals to acquire and maintain gainful employment, and improve the long term financial health and well-being of community members and families.

Eligibility & Criteria-
- Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized)
- Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments)
- Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
- Non-profit organizations representing American Indians, Alaska Natives, Native Hawaiians, and Native American Pacific Islanders, including American Samoa, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands are eligible applicants under this announcement. Faith-based and community organizations that meet eligibility requirements are eligible to receive awards under this funding opportunity announcement. Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement.
