Proposals are accepted for Non Sate Actors and Local Authorities in Development Program to reduce poverty in the context of sustainable development, including the pursuit of the Millennium Development Goals (MDG). The purpose of this program is to-
- benefit populations out of reach of mainstream services and resources and excluded from policy making processes;
- strengthen the capacity of civil society organisations in Jordan, with a view to facilitating their participation in defining sustainable development strategies and in implementing actions aiming at poverty reduction at the municipal level;
The overall indicative amount made available under this Call is 200,000 EUR for Non State Actors (Lot 1) and 750,000 EUR for Local Authorities (Lot 2).The initial planned duration of an action may not be lower than 24 months nor exceed 60 months.

Eligibility & Criteria–
- be legal persons
- be non-profit-making
- be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary
