Proposals are accepted for Flagship Projects under V4EaP program which aims for the development of civil society and the overall transformation of the Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries. The goal of this program to support long term projects of strategic character that significantly contribute to providing access to the unique experience and know how of the Visegrad Group countries with the processes of democratic transformation and integration and with regional cooperation.

Budget proposals shall reflect the nature of the proposed project but shall fall within €50,000–€100,000.
Eligibility–
Project proposals must involve organizations from all four V4 countries and at least two EaP countries.
